The RHS commissioned the studio to design a rose tea garden to celebrate Her Royal Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee. The garden was to pair with The Festival of Roses tent, and so we decided to create a rose garden with a modern twist. We planted a contemporary rose meadow, complete with drifts of grasses and perennials, woven through which were solid willow tendrils which divided the space.
